We had the pleasure of collaborating with Jagiellonian College, a prestigious private school deeply rooted in tradition and located in a historic area. Our task was to design a logo and branding that honored the institution’s rich heritage while also reflecting its forward-thinking approach to education. The Jagiellonian College has a long-standing reputation for academic excellence and a commitment to nurturing students’ intellectual and personal growth.
Our goal was to create a visual identity that captured the essence of the academy’s ethos and distinguished it from other educational institutions. We embarked on a thorough research phase, immersing ourselves in the school’s history, values, and local context.
Drawing inspiration from the architectural landmarks and cultural symbols of the area, we sought to encapsulate the spirit of the Jagiellonian Academy in our design.
Throughout the iterative design process, we collaborated closely with the academy’s stakeholders to ensure that our concepts resonated with their vision and values. We explored various typographic treatments, color palettes, and graphic elements, seeking to strike the right balance between tradition and modernity. The logo combines classic typography with a contemporary icon inspired by the school’s emblematic architecture. The color palette reflects the vibrant energy of the academic community, while subtle details pay homage to the academy’s heritage.
