Working on the WORD Bielsko website was both a challenge and a great satisfaction for us. The changes made were aimed at improving the design, functionality, and overall usability of the site. To accurately measure the results of our work, we conducted a survey among users – here are the results!
Modern design that grabs attention
One of the key aspects of the modernization was refreshing the look of the website. In the new version, we implemented modern UX/UI solutions that improved the overall aesthetic impression and increased the visual appeal of the site.
- 78,4% of the respondents found the new version more visually appealing than the old one.
Improved color scheme, better typography, and clearer content layouts have made the website more cohesive and professional.
Better readability and intuitiveness
Clarity and ease of navigation are the foundations of a well-designed website. After implementing the changes, users noticed significant improvements in this area:
- 78,2% of users rated the new version as more clear and readable.
- 80,2% of respondents stated that it is easier to find the necessary information on the new website.

Thoughtful information architecture and optimized navigation menus allow users to navigate the site more smoothly.

Greater functionality and trust
User-friendliness is a key element of any modern website. The improvements made have made users feel more comfortable when using the site:
- 66,6% of respondents found the new version more functional and easier to use.
- 74% of users believed that the new version of the site inspires greater trust, which could lead to a higher conversion rate.


Minimalistic yet functional design makes users more eager to browse content and engage in interactions on the site.
Modernity that encourages action
One of the goals of the project was to give the website a more modern character. The results?
- 55,6% of users found the new website to look more modern.
- As many as 75,8% of users stated that the new version encourages them more to purchase products or services.


Mobile responsiveness
In the era of mobile devices, the website must work smoothly on every screen, from smartphones to tablets. We made key optimization changes, ensuring that the mobile version runs more efficiently than ever:
- 66% of respondents found the new version better adapted to mobile devices.

The website loads faster, and intuitive navigation gestures make using it on a smartphone more convenient than before.
