Redesigning digital healthcare journeys for a multi-service medical network
We partnered with a large U.S.-based healthcare network to design and refine the UX/UI of a comprehensive medical services platform. The project focused on improving digital patient journeys across appointment booking, service discovery, and account-based access. The objective was to create a clear, scalable, and user-centered interface capable of supporting a multi-specialty healthcare ecosystem.

The client operates as a large-scale healthcare provider offering multiple medical services within one integrated network. As digital interaction became a primary touchpoint for patients, the platform required a comprehensive UX/UI overhaul to improve clarity, reduce friction, and optimize patient engagement.
The ambition was to simplify complex healthcare navigation while maintaining credibility, compliance, and performance standards expected in the U.S. medical market.
