01 About project
Twój Weterynarz is an application that connects pet owners with vet clinics. You search by service, specialist or location, browse verified clinics in your city, and book an appointment online — all in one place. On the other side of the platform, clinics get a calendar, a service catalogue, patient records and reports to run their day-to-day work.
We built the product end to end. We created the brand from scratch, designed the full UX/UI for both the patient-facing website and the clinic web app, and developed the platform.
The result is one coherent product: a booking experience that feels simple for owners, and a management tool that gives clinics control over their schedule.

02 Challenges
Building a two-sided product from zero
Twój Weterynarz started as an idea, not a product. There was no brand, no interface and no platform — everything had to be created. And it had to serve two very different audiences at once: pet owners who want to find a vet and book in a few clicks, and clinics that need a reliable tool to manage appointments, services and patients. One product, two jobs.

03 Solutions
01. Branding & visual identity
We designed the full brand from the ground up: name treatment, logo, colour, typography and the visual language used across the product.
At the centre is the monogram — a mark that joins the T and W of Twój Weterynarz into a single symbol shaped like a veterinary cross. The clever part is the negative space: inside the mark you can read the silhouette of an animal — a cat or a dog, depending on how you look at it. It ties the two ideas of the product together in one symbol: vet care (the cross) and your pet (the animal), with no extra elements.
Around the monogram we built a warm, modern system — a calm sage-green and coral palette, clear typography, and friendly geometric shapes paired with real photography of pets and vets. The result is a brand that feels trustworthy and human, and that holds up at every size, from a hero banner down to the app icon.

02. UX/UI — patient-facing website
We designed the owner journey to be obvious from the first screen. The homepage leads with a single job — book a trusted vet in a few clicks.
Clinic profiles bring everything the owner needs onto one page: about, opening hours, contact details, location on the map, the team, a searchable service list with prices and durations, ratings, and an inline booking panel with available time slots. The owner can go from "I need a vet" to a confirmed appointment without leaving the page.

03. UX/UI — clinic web app
For clinics we designed a focused management tool. The calendar is the heart of it: day, week and month views, colour-coded appointments, current-time marker, per-staff filtering, and a detail card for each visit (pet, service, time, assigned vet, payment status) with quick editing. A services section manages the catalogue, patients keeps records, and a reports dashboard shows the numbers that matter — visits today and this week, schedule occupancy, average visit time, visits by weekday, and the service mix — so owners can see how the practice is performing at a glance.

04. Design system
To keep both products coherent and to make development faster, we built a shared design system — consistent components, colours, typography and spacing used across the website and the app. It keeps every screen on-brand and gives the team a stable foundation to extend.
05. Development
We didn't stop at design — we built the platform. We developed the booking marketplace and the clinic app, turning the designs into a working product with search, clinic profiles, online booking, the clinic calendar and the reports dashboard. Because design and development sat in one team, the final product matches the design intent down to the detail.
